1. Purpose and scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets the rules for the secure, stable, and lawful use of services offered by WE1TOWN PAZARLAMA VE BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“WE1TOWN”) under the WeServer/WeHost brand.
The Policy covers VDS/VPS, IPv6 subnet, Turkey-located servers, dedicated servers, GPU servers, IP address allocation, network, storage, backup, and all related services.
Any natural or legal person who purchases or uses the service (“Customer”) must comply with this Policy. Allowing third parties to use the service, reselling it, or offering services to end users through it does not remove this responsibility.
This Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service and Use Agreement.
2. General use principle

The Customer is responsible for the following:

- content hosted or transmitted on their server,
- use of IP addresses allocated to them,
- conduct of users they authorize,
- security of the operating system, applications, and access credentials.
Oversight duty
Not being directly aware of an activity does not remove the Customer’s duty to take necessary security and oversight measures.
3. Unlawful content and activities
Use of the services for the following purposes is prohibited:
- hosting, publishing, transmitting, or making available content that violates the laws of the Republic of Türkiye or applicable laws of countries affected by the service,

- continuing to publish content that a court, prosecutor’s office, the Information and Communication Technologies Authority, or another competent authority has notified as unlawful.
Review
WE1TOWN is not obliged to pre-screen content for lawfulness. Upon a valid notice or competent authority decision, action may be taken under applicable law.
4. Cyber attacks and unauthorized access
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

- attempting to conceal system logs, source addresses, or attack traces,

- sending phishing messages, fake campaigns, or misleading links,
- concealing or misrepresenting email headers, sender information, or message origin,

Commercial messages and reputation
The Customer must comply with applicable consent, information, and opt-out obligations for commercial electronic messages they send.
If a server or IP address is listed on spam/reputation blocklists, WE1TOWN may limit outbound traffic, temporarily close related ports, or require corrective action from the Customer.
6. Fraud and misleading activities
The following activities are not permitted:

In rights-infringement notices, the complainant may be asked for the content at issue, access address or IP, an explanation of ownership, and contact details.
8. Use of network and IP addresses
IPv4 and IPv6 addresses allocated to the Customer may be used only for the duration of the related service.
The following network activities are prohibited:

Technical classification
Terms such as “ISP”, “Residential”, or similar describe technical classification or routing characteristics of an IP address. They do not guarantee access to third-party platforms, non-blocking, location verification, or any particular use case.
9. Proxy, VPN, and traffic-forwarding services
Open proxies, publicly available VPN exits, Tor exit nodes, or similar anonymous traffic-forwarding services may not be used unless expressly allowed for the relevant product.
Where proxy or VPN services are permitted in writing, the Customer must:
- be able to identify their users when necessary,
- be able to act on abuse complaints,
- apply necessary technical and administrative security measures,
- keep records required by law in a lawful manner,
- prevent use of the service for crime or rights infringement.
Oversight
Open forwarding services that do not provide the controls needed to prevent abuse may be limited or shut down.
10. Resource use and infrastructure security
The Customer must stay within the CPU, RAM, disk, traffic, port, and other resource limits stated in the purchased package.
The following uses are prohibited:

Even when permitted, the activity must:

A Customer who resells must:
- collect sub-users’ identity and contact information in accordance with applicable law,
- apply usage rules to sub-users that are at least equivalent to this Policy,
- review abuse reports without delay,
- stop violations when necessary,
- cooperate as required with competent authority requests.

Report process
Additional information may be requested for incomplete or unverifiable reports. Personal data should be shared only to the extent needed for review.
For urgent and ongoing attacks, the subject line may include “URGENT”.
16. Investigation of violations
WE1TOWN may investigate possible violations based on automated security systems, network records, competent authority notices, trusted third-party reports, or user complaints.

- certain ports or traffic types may be temporarily limited,
- removal or cessation of harmful content or processes may be required,
- the server may be temporarily isolated from the network,
- identity or intended-use verification may be performed.
Scope
Investigation does not mean that service content is generally and continuously monitored.

Proportionality and emergencies
Except in cases of urgent security risk, ongoing attack, fraud, child abuse material, serious rights infringement, or a competent authority decision, WE1TOWN will try to give the Customer a reasonable time to cure the violation.
Any measure taken will, where possible, be proportionate to the severity of the violation. WE1TOWN may take measures without prior notice in emergencies to protect the infrastructure or third parties.
18. Data during suspension
Suspension of the service does not mean the Customer’s data will be deleted immediately. However, the Customer may be unable to access the server or data during the suspension period.
Retention, export, and deletion of data are governed by the Terms of Service and Use Agreement.
Where access is closed due to a serious or urgent violation, delivery of data to the Customer may occur only if legally and technically safe. Competent authority decisions are reserved.
19. Appeal
The Customer may appeal a measure applied to them via [email protected].
An appeal should include:
- customer and service details,
- the relevant IP address or server identity,
- the measure applied,
- the grounds for appeal,
- information and documents showing the violation has been remedied.
Review

20. Policy changes
WE1TOWN may update this Policy due to changes in law, security threats, technical infrastructure, or the service model.
Material changes are announced via the website, Panel, or registered communication channels. The current Policy applies from the date of publication.
