Know Your Customer (KYC) and Security Procedure

Integral Part of the Service Agreement

Company: WE1TOWN PAZARLAMA VE BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("WE1TOWN").

This text is an integral part of the Terms of Service applicable to services offered under the WeServer brand.

ARTICLE 1: Purpose and Scope

This addendum fulfills our obligations under Law No. 5651 on Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through Such Publications, related secondary legislation, and other national security and anti-money laundering regulations.

WE1TOWN reserves the right to apply Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures when necessary to ensure lawful, secure and transparent use of Hosting and Server services.

ARTICLE 2: KYC Verification Request

WE1TOWN may request KYC verification from the Customer at any time when deemed necessary, including:

• The nature, intended use or volume of the ordered service appears suspicious.
• Doubt about the accuracy of billing and contact information provided by the Customer.
• Requests or notifications from legal or administrative authorities (BTK, prosecutors, etc.).
• Verification of payment method security or suspicion of fraud.
• Other cases required by applicable law.

ARTICLE 3: Documents That May Be Requested

Depending on whether the Customer is a natural or legal person, WE1TOWN may request some or all of the following documents:

ARTICLE 4: Verification Obligation and Process

• The Customer must provide KYC documents and/or information requested by WE1TOWN completely and accurately within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the request.
• Documents must be submitted via secure methods determined by WE1TOWN (e.g. via panel or encrypted email).
• WE1TOWN reserves the right to request additional verification or documents after review.

ARTICLE 5: Failure to Comply and Consequences

If the Customer fails to complete the KYC procedure within the legal period (Article 4/a) or provided information/documents are found to be false, incorrect or incomplete, WE1TOWN may:

• Suspension of Service: Suspend or stop the relevant service (Hosting, Server, etc.) immediately, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.
• Termination: Terminate the service agreement unilaterally with immediate effect.
• No Refund: Service fees paid by the Customer will not be refunded due to termination arising from this situation. Amounts paid shall be deemed partial compensation for damages and administrative sanction risks incurred by WE1TOWN.

ARTICLE 6: Protection of Personal Data

WE1TOWN will process, store and, where required for legal obligations, share with authorized authorities all personal data obtained under KYC in full compliance with Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and related legislation. Retention periods are limited to those prescribed by law.

ARTICLE 7: Acceptance

By using WeServer / WE1TOWN services, the Customer is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this KYC and Security Procedure Addendum in advance, without reservation.
